Refund policy
- Defective/damaged items: You can offer a replacement or refund, and customers don’t need to send the item back. You’ll report these in Printify via Submit issue within 30 days of delivery.
- Customer-initiated returns (wrong size/color, changed mind): Since items are made to order, these aren’t supported by Printify—if you choose to accept them anyway, you’ll need to use your own return address and handle them yourself.
- Undeliverable/returned-to-sender packages: These go back to the return address on the shipping label (an unbranded Printify/Print Provider facility), and that address shouldn’t be listed in your Shopify policy.
